Throughout my experiences, I have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is inspected and how this report will benefit them.

Meet Your Inspector

My name is Todd Webster, I am a husband, stepfather and now grandfather. I have attended over a thousand hours of training. I have hundreds of hours of course credits through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am a New York State Code Enforcement Official and a Code Certified Master Inspector (InterNACHI)… I am here to help educate you about the home you’re looking at purchasing.

During the home buying process, people tend to point out all the wonderful things they see but may overlook the potential issues/concerns. I am there to help point out those issues and find potential problem areas that most home buyers overlook or are unable to see. I use thermal imaging to see things others cannot see (i.e. water damage, leaks, missing insulation etc.,) My process will outline any potential problems detected in the home from top to bottom, inside and out with everything in between.

You will receive a comprehensive, detailed report that is modern and easy to understand. I will explain all the defective conditions that are found and discuss ways to remedy them.

In the end I want you to feel confident in knowing the true condition of the home you’re about to purchase.
