My name is Todd Webster, I am a husband and step-father of two wonderful kids. My family has encouraged me to get into this business. I have attended hundreds of hours of classes in all of the building sciences fields including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Blueprint reading, Plumbing etc. I have over a hundred hours of course credits through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  I am a code enforcement officer for a local city. My background helps me help you! I am confident that if you appoint me as your home inspector, you won’t be disappointed.

During the home buying process, people tend to point out all of the wonderful things they see but may miss or overlook the potential issues/concerns. Even new homes can have issues. I am there to help point out those issues and find potential problem areas that most home buyers overlook or are unable to see. I use a thermal imaging camera on every house to see things others cannot see (ie water damage, leaks, missing insulation etc,) My process will outline any potential problems detected in the home from top to bottom, inside and out with everything in between.

You will receive a comprehensive, detailed report that is modern and easy to understand. I will be there to explain any and all issues that are found and discuss ways to remedy them.
